Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer an economic shipping rate with a delivery estimate of 5-7 business days. The flat rate for this shipping option is  $10.00

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Delays: Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, some factors such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or holiday periods may extend the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
